Weapons now do different things. Shovels fill in graves, broom gives a speed and jump bonus and nunchucks just thwack things real hard and have best reach.

Validate all level data before starting game. No more getting to level 10 before realizing there's an error in the json syntax. Notify players when the level is locked with a boss level message.

Fixed a bug in skullstorm.py. Players can not be damaged by falling skulls if invincible. Jumping is no longer a good way to avoid them because they are falling from above.
