Removed the speakup keyboard layout. It was never finished, and Fenrir has more functionality anyway and isn't that hard to learn.

Change laptop.conf keyboard layout to more closely match controls for speech as in the desktop mode. Fenrir+arrow keys use the quick menu for setting rate, volume, speech.
