Work around for a missing start.exe command in wine 6.5. this should fix the problem for machines that have it, and work normally for machines that do not have the problem.

I think I got mono and gecko working for distros that do not have them available from the package manager. This means Ubuntu and Debian should have a lot less trouble with AGM, and dare I say maybe even Mac?

I was able to remove several xdotool calls. this should make several more games install on Mac without user intervention.

Added a new game, slender lost vision. Added an applescript launcher that can be compiled into an application or started form voiceover. Select your wine prefix and it launches the game!
