01f4b64390 Replace skipped punctuation with space. There's a setting in general, on by default, that will revert to old behavior if you replace it with false.

c2954c38de Redo the enable/disable tts to remove the setting from the config file. Relying on help doesn't work. There is no help.

864b03b6e0 Fixed bug where tts and rate were not saving to the config file. Fixed bug that did not allow tts to be turned off.
