CapsLock in Laptop Layout
Cthulhu has two keyboard layouts: Desktop and Laptop. The layout you choose
impacts which key is used as the Cthulhu Modifier. If you are using the Laptop
layout, the default Cthulhu Modifier will be CapsLock. If you are
using Cthulhu's Laptop Layout and want to lock or unlock
CapsLock, you can do so by either pressing CapsLock
twice (requires at-spi2 version 2.32 or later), or by performing the
following steps:

Press the Bypass command, Cthulhu ModifierBackSpace, to tell Cthulhu that the next command should be ignored.
